Join us for Mississippi IDeA/EPSCoR Conference 2022, featuring Mississippi Health Disparities (MHD2022)! This unique meeting will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at the Lake Terrace Convention Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Mississippi IDeA/EPSCoR Conference 2022 will offer concurrent oral and poster sessions on individual STEM and MHD2022 tracks. Competitions for both graduate and undergraduate students will take place throughout the day. The conference will also feature an exhibitor pavilion to connect scientists, engineers, healthcare stakeholders, and health leaders from across the state. These various stakeholder groups will be brought together with the common goal toincrease in-state STEM research, as well as address health disparities in Mississippi.
This conference is designed to provide a stimulating opportunity for Mississippi students who are pursuing careers in STEM and health-related fields. We are excited to facilitate collaborations amongst STEM researchers and public health professionals in the Deep South through this unique conference organization.
